Ask for the accepted completion standard to be stated so you can coordinate those appointments realistically. A house with its agreed contents removed is not necessarily ready for occupation without the additional work required by the owner or receiving party.

Review the quotation against the survey before accepting it. Confirm the included areas, belongings, destination arrangements and excluded tasks. Ask how an additional room, concealed contents or a material not previously disclosed would be handled.
