How far in advance should I book a house removal?
Contact us as soon as you have a likely moving period. You can request a survey before exchange, then confirm the date when your chain or tenancy arrangements are ready.
Can you pack my home for me?
Yes. You can request a full packing service, fragile-only packing or packing materials if you prefer to pack most items yourself. We will confirm the selected service in your quotation.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
This can be included when agreed during the survey. Please identify wardrobes, beds, tables or specialist items that need dismantling so the correct time and tools can be planned.
What happens if completion or key release is delayed?
Tell your move coordinator as soon as circumstances change. Waiting time and alternative arrangements depend on the booking and quotation, so we plan realistic access windows from the outset.
Can some belongings go into storage?
Yes. We can separate items for delivery and storage, then arrange redelivery when your new property is ready. Storage requirements should be included in the survey and inventory.
Do you handle long-distance house moves?
Yes. We plan moves across the UK and can advise whether the collection and delivery are practical in one day or better organised across two days.
