Use destination labels while packing, even if the new home has a different room arrangement. A box from the old study might belong in a spare room at the receiving property. Put that destination on the label and keep your own contents list for important boxes. If belongings are split between direct delivery and storage, distinguish those groups visibly and explain the sequence in the quotation request.
